Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

This tab is used to define the terms in which one may use my work from this site. In addition, it will cover how information received from subscriptions will be used. Read on and subscribe, if you want, to ensure you understand the terms set forth herein.

Privacy Policy

Visitors to my site will not have to enter any information unless they subscribe to my site for updates or if they plan on contacting me by email on my "Let's Talk" tab. This is just a simple email form in which you can ask me questions, ask for advice, send in ideas for my blog, and much more. At no point in time will your information ever be disclosed to third party individuals.

Newsletter Subscriptions

If you should choose to subscribe to my newsletter to receive updates:

Your information will be kept private and will not be disclosed for any reason. If, when, (I hope you do!) you email me (even if it's just to say Hi; and that you enjoyed the site!), the only information needed is a simple email address, name, and a short message; I'll use these emails to send out updates about new tabs to the site, new and upcoming events, and much more. If at ANY time you want to end your subscription, merely email me and let me know and your subscription will end that day.

Every written work published on this site has been copywritten. Any and all poetry, or other written works, used herein and throughout this website are sole property of me: Rachel Marie, The Writer. If you would like to use any of my work, simply send me an email so as to avoid copyright infringement and illegal usage lawsuits. In addition, to retrieve any poetry, or other written work, I must email you a PDF document for you to download and utilize accordingly.
